Prayer Ministry

Hospital Visitation
If you know of a CedarCreek.tv attendee who is hospitalized and would like one of our volunteers to visit and pray, let us know by calling the office; 419-661-8661. Make sure to include their name, the hospital, and room number.

Weddings
First of all, congratulations! If you're interested in getting married here at CedarCreek.tv, please review and fill out our wedding application by clicking here. It may also be picked up at the front desk of the administrative office or the Community Care table during the weekend services. After completing your application, please return it to the administrative office. One of our Care Pastors will contact you within five business days of receiving it to set up an appointment to meet with you. If you have any questions regarding anything in the application, please call our Wedding Administrator, Julie Seger, at 419-661-8661 ext. 146.
